Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our mistake, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method so the package can be followed during transit.
